ReviewSpout operates in strict compliance with carrier guidelines (A2P 10DLC and TCPA regulations). We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages. Review requests via SMS are only delivered to end-customers who have provided express consent to receive communications from the sending business.

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to immediately cease SMS communications.

4. How We Use and Protect Information

We use collected information solely to provide, operate, and maintain ReviewSpout services, monitor Google Business Profiles, process payments, and provide customer support.

We never sell, rent, or trade your client lists, customer personal data, or business information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
