1. Service Agreement

By enrolling in or using ReviewSpout software or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. ReviewSpout provides review request automation and Google Business Profile management services on a month-to-month subscription basis.

2. Billing & Cancellation

The ReviewSpout Complete subscription is billed at $179 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty by contacting support at clint@reviewspout.com prior to your renewal date.

3. No Ranking or Review Volume Guarantees

ReviewSpout provides software workflows and profile management assistance. ReviewSpout does NOT guarantee a specific quantity of reviews, average star rating, or search position in Google Maps or Google Search. Customer review decisions are voluntary, and search algorithms are controlled solely by Google LLC.

4. Acceptable Use & Consent

Clients agree to use ReviewSpout strictly with bona fide customers and in compliance with all relevant laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. Clients certify that phone numbers and email addresses uploaded or integrated have received proper consent from the respective customer.

Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. ReviewSpout is an independent software and consulting service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC.
